Samples of 2-photon / confocal images taken using our imaging equipment
1) Immature dendritic cell (DC) expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) under the control of the MHC class II-promoter. Red: Cytoplasmid stain using SNARF-1.
2) TC-1 Tumor cells Stained with Hoescht dye to highlight the nucleus (blue) and Phalloid-Alexa 594 to highlight active actin cytoskeleten.
3) Bone marrow cells expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP) takes up residence in the bone marrow cavity of a recipient animal. Nuclei of the bone marrow cells as well as surrounding stroma are highlighted in blue by the injection of the nuclear dye, Hoescht. Purple color elements denote the bony architecture.
4) Vasculature in the CNS parenchyma as outlined by TRITC-Dextran.
